Steamfitters Local 353 is one of 313 locals in the United Association 22 of which are located in Illinois.

In the last 5 years the Steamfitters have increased apprenticeship capabilities by over 500%.  They currently have over 80 apprentices/members in training to prepare for the projected labor shortage in the skilled trades.
